We know that hiring a lawn care provider comes with plenty of questions about process, scheduling, and expectations. Do I need to be home during the service?

No. Many of our Boise clients provide us with access to their backyard via a gate code. We can securely store access information in our client system. We will notify you before and after each visit.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

We monitor Boise weather closely. If conditions are unsafe for mowing or if wet grass would be damaged by equipment, we will contact you to reschedule. We typically adjust within the same week.

Can you work around my sprinkler system?

Yes. Our edgers and aerators are operated carefully around irrigation heads. We also note the location of any visible sprinklers prior to starting work. Please inform us of any specific zones you are concerned about.

How long does it take to see results from aeration?

Initial recovery usually begins within one to two weeks following the service. Full benefits become visible as the grass fills in and overall density improves. Consistent watering after aeration is recommended.

Do you offer consultations for new clients?

Yes. We provide both remote and on-site consultations to assess your property. During a site visit, Justin Beals or a senior team member will walk the property with you. This helps us understand your goals and identify any existing lawn challenges.
